Jay was privileged to give the 2024 Commencement Address on May 9, 2024 to the joint graduation ceremony of the Nova Southeastern University Colleges of Law and Business. He was also awarded an honorary doctorate degree by NSU President George Hanbury. He was nominated by the Deans of both the College of Law and the Business School as he has academic doctorates from each of those schools. Jay continues to serve on the Board of Governors and the Executive Committee of the NSU College of Law.
